FAQs
How do I get to the wedding venue and reception?
For wedding venue and reception information, refer to the Travel section of this website.
What should I wear for the wedding ceremony and reception?
The dress code for our wedding is semi formal/ cocktail attire. Ladies should wear cocktail dresses and comfortable heels or wedges. Gentlemen should wear a suit and tie or a sport coat. Please do not wear any white dresses or white suits as it is bad luck for the bride and groom (per Asian tradition) 😊.
The ceremony and reception will be outdoors - weather permitting. If it rains, there will be accommodations at the venue to move indoors.
Can I bring my kids (<12 years old)?
While we love your little ones, our wedding ceremony and reception will an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. In addition, the venue will be in a cliffside environment, so we would like to avoid having kids under 12 for additional safety precautions. If you need a nanny during the wedding time, our wedding organizer can provide recommendations on popular nanny services in Bali.
Can I bring a date?
Please refer to your invitation for details.
What travel documents do I need for Bali?

Do I need to carry cash? If so, how much?
It is recommended to carry ~1,000,000 rupiah or ~$75 USD. Most places (cafes, coffee shops, restaurants, retailers) take credit card on restaurants and attractions. However, street vendors only accept cash.
What are your plans before/after the wedding?
Before the wedding, we will have a pre-wedding celebration (see Schedule/Dresscode), which you will need to RSVP. After the wedding, we expect most guests will either travel back home or explore other parts of Indonesia or Southeast Asia, so we likely will not host a formal event on Thursday, November 23rd.
